Our experienced UK representatives specialise in lots of different areas and so we are confident that we can provide our students with exceptional guidance on their study plans including:
Application Support services
We offer a full application support service to all EU and international students. This ranges from helping students identify a suitable academic institution in the country they wish to study, and also the most appropriate course. The team will manage the whole application process, from start to finish, including all of the administration.

Within the application process, we can advise students on lots of different areas from the choice of their course to university entry requirements, funding and fees. MEJUK also use their expertise to assist in the writing of personal statements. To make matters even simpler, we take our students through the UCAS application and can help arrange student accommodation.
Translation Services
We understand that our students often have certificates and other documents which need to be translated from one language to another, MEJUK can arrange this as part of the application process.
Oxbridge Services
Many students approach us who wish to submit course applications to Oxford and/or Cambridge (and many other Russell Group institutions such as UCL, LSE and Imperial College, London). We work hard to prepare students for these rigorous application processes and interview to give them the best chance of success.
PhD services
PhD applications and research proposals can be lengthy and complicated so at MEJUK, we offer students wishing to apply for one of these courses a bespoke application service including:
- A free consultation with one of our specialist advisors to discuss a student’s academic history and plans for the future.
- We help our students with the writing and editing of their research proposals – a crucial aspect of any PhD application process (a typical research proposal is approximately 1,000 – 2,000 words in length). Alongside this, the MEJUK team support interview practice and preparation.
- Our team will assist students with the application form and will then track this on the student’s behalf, updating students when necessary.
Visa Application Services
Students who wish to study abroad often need to apply for a Visa and it is important that students hold the correct Visa.MEJUK work with their students on both Tier 4 (general) student Visas and also Tier 4 (child) student Visas.
Our MEJUK accredited (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) and fully qualified UK agents have extensive experience in supporting Visa applications and are aware of all of the immigration requirements.
MEJUK can provide students with a free initial consultation with a team member who specialises in VISA applications, and can arrange appointments with the appropriate Home Office/Embassy if necessary. Furthermore, we can provide students with a signed Client Care letter and also arrange payments on behalf of students. To make things even simpler for our students, IGES can also submit student applications on their behalf, as well as manage communications with UK Visa and Immigration.
Travel/Pre-departure Briefings
Travelling to a new country to study can take a lot of organising, so MEJUK can provide students with support throughout the transition.
IGES arrange student briefings that cover all aspects of a student’s new life are covered, including finances, education and even employment. When a student arrives at their destination, an MEJUK counsellor or a representative from the academic institute will be available to provide more advice and guidance to make sure that the student is comfortable and ready to start their studies.
MEJUK and their partners can also advise on airport transfers, housing and course transfers, as well as other personal or cultural queries.
Long term support and career counselling
Even once a student has commenced their studies and even after they have successfully graduated, MEJUK is there to offer support and guidance. We have offices and partners across the world for students to utilise, including representatives in the UK.
We also understand that even once a student has finished their studies, they may need advice on career paths post-graduation and often other areas of life, such as finances. At MEJUK, we want to help students achieve their maximum potential and invest time in helping students explore all routes open to them. We have an experienced team of university councillors who can help students with their longer term plans.
